SONA BLISS

Rock band based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

The sound spans multiple rock genres pulling influences both past and present (blah, blah, blah). Songs that simply "stick in your head" combining a sonic assault with pop sensibilities. 

Current members are John Checuga (vocals, guitar),  Trent Harmon (drums, vocals) and Dylan Cessna (bass, vocals). Original members were John with longtime friends Jim Bashaw (drums, vocals), Baz Cooper (bass, vocals) and Phil Armato (bass, vocals). 

Currently finishing working on a full length release for 2026.
